Quality Service Charter
The Quality service charter:
- Outlines standards and regulations of the relationship between the Public Administration as services provider, and the citizen as beneficiary, in accordance with the principle of transparency;
- Supports the Directors in cultural projects creation
It represents a genuine “pact” for communication with the users, who are provided with information about services, standards, fulfillment of commitments, and allows the assesment of performance through feedback. The adoption of the Charter in Museums and MIBAC Cultural places is aimed at promoting cultural heritage in a broader way and at organizing cultural activities according to the expectations of the users, in harmony with the principles of heritage protection and research.
